Welcome to Grace Lutheran Church!
No matter if this is your first time visiting or you've been here before, you are welcome! We can't wait to meet you!

It’s difficult to visit a church for the first time, especially when you’re not sure what to expect.  We encourage you to explore our website to discover how Grace can help inspire and support you in your faith journey.  We have lots to offer; if you have questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

At Grace you will find a place where all God's people are welcome to worship, participate in community and learn about God's grace and love in Jesus.  There is a place for you at Grace - we hope to see you at one of our services.

What to Expect When Visiting

Worship services are held each Sunday at 8 am and 9:30 am and are in a “modern traditional” format with meaningful hymns and music. The service is projected onto a large screen and printed in a Worship folder, making the service easy to follow. We celebrate Holy Communion every week and we practice open communion - all who are baptized are welcome at communion. You don’t need to be a member of Grace to receive communion.

Grace is an open and inclusive community of faith. You can expect a casual and welcoming environment to worship. You’ll find a caring family of faith that supports one another and reaches out to serve people in need locally and around the world.

There are fun and engaging children’s programs for children 5th grade and younger. Grace is place where God’s word is preached and connections are made. Please stay for coffee and fellowship following each service.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the service times?

Worship services are held Sundays at 8 am and 9:30 am and typically last about one hour.  Holy Communion is offered weekly at both services. Children are always welcome in worship.  Nursery and Sunday school are offered during the 9:30 am service. Refreshments are served in the narthex (lobby) following each service; it’s a great way to meet people and learn more about Grace.

What should I wear?

Our hope is that you feel welcome and comfortable at Grace.  When you visit, please don’t worry about what you are wearing, just dress however you feel most comfortable.

Where can I park?

There are two entrances to the church which you can access from either Broadway Road or Kenosha Street (Rt. 173).  Parking is available at each entrance. There is additional parking near the Child Development Center entrance that can also be used.

Is the building handicapped accessible?

The building is handicapped friendly with easy access to the church sanctuary from both entrances.  If you need assistance, just let an usher know.

Where do my children go?

There are people of all ages at Grace and little ones are always welcome at worship.  There is a special children’s sermon with Pastor Andy at the Sunday worship services and activity bags for children are available in the narthex (lobby).

For parents who wish to have their younger children cared for during worship, there is a staffed nursery available for children ages 1 to 4 during the 9:30 am service.  Children age 4 through 5th grade are invited to Sunday school following the Children’s sermon during the 9:30 am service.

What if I have questions on Sunday?

If you need assistance during your visit, please ask an usher; they can point out restrooms, places to hang your coat, the nursery, Sunday school classrooms, or anything else you may need.  Just ask!

What if I want to learn more about Grace?
