Protocol for Road Angels Service

MISSION STATEMENT: The Road Angels will provide transportation services only to members of Grace Lutheran Church or associate members for: (1) trips to medical providers (2) trips for medical procedures (3) trips to medical, psychological, psychiatric, or counseling services (4) grocery shopping

AREA THAT TRANSPORTATION WILL BE PROVIDED:
Richmond, Spring Grove, Genoa City (WI), Johnsburg, Wonder Lake, Fox Lake, Twin Lakes (WI), Antioch, McHenry, Hebron, Huntley, Woodstock, Crystal Lake, Lake Geneva (WI), Burlington (WI). 

TO SCHEDULE A TRIP: (1) Call Grace: 815-678-3082 at least 24 hours before trip--- or, as soon as you have time and date of your transportation need, call Grace IMMEDIATELY (2) All trip pickups must start no earlier than 7:30am and return times must be no later than 4pm (3) Allow 30 minute window for pick up and drop off. (4) Detail the time that the appointment will take.
