Endowment Matching Gift: The Grace Lutheran Endowment Fund distribution from the fund for 2025 to support charitable organizations was calculated to be $14,000.  The committee also determined that there would be six recipients of these funds and they are Home of the Sparrow, NAMI National Alliance of Mental Illness, McHenry County, CASA, Global Refuge, God’s Child/Jackson House Hospital and Ronald McDonald House Charities. Through a generous gift, now from July 6th every dollar given above the $14,000 will be matched up to $10,000. You can give by making a check payable to Grace Lutheran Church and write “endowment missions” in the memo, or click here and use the “endowment missions” tab. Golf Outing to Support Veterans: Save the Date for our annual Golf Outing to support Veterans Path to Hope. It will be September 13th at 1pm at the Twin Lakes Country Club. Registration information will be available soon!

Music Ministry at Grace: We are seeking more folks to become involved with music at Grace. If you are interested in sharing your voice, instrumental ability or have no musical background but would like to learn how you might be involved, please contact Tara.  There are opportunities to help lead the weekly hymns, sing with our choir, or help provide special music on holidays, as well as for Sunday services. All are welcome, ages 12 and up [younger considered], and no level of experience is required. And you need not make a long-term commitment.

Vacation Bible School: Vacation Bible School will be August 4th - 8th, 9:15 - 11:15 a.m. The exciting theme this year is True North: Trusting Jesus in a Wild World. It is open to kids who are 4 years old to those in 5th grade. Registration information will be available soon. We are also in need of volunteers.
