Matching Funds: Our endowment committee allocated $3,200 to five different organizations. Additional giving will be matched up to $16,000 by a generous family in our congregation. The organizations are Global Refuge, NAMI McHenry, Elderworks, CASA McHenry, and Home of the Sparrow. Gifts received by July 12th will be spread evenly between the five organizations.

Summer Opportunity for 6th to 12th graders: All 6th-12th grade students are invited to the Fellowship Hall at 9:30am for fellowship, activities, and spiritual growth before returning to the sanctuary around 10:15am for communion with their families. This will continue weekly on Sunday mornings. The high school youth group will also continue meeting Wednesdays from 7:00pm-8:30pm. Vacation Bible School: August 3rd to August 7th, 9:15 - 11:15 a.m. The exciting theme this year is Rain Forest Falls: Exploring the Nature of God. It is open to kids who are 4 years old to those in 5th grade.
